HoTel AccommoDATIoN
MCI has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in different price categories. As Lausanne attracts many tourists, hotel reservation will be made on a first come, first served basis.

ReSeRVATIoN AND PAYmeNTS
For hotel booking, a deposit payment for the first night is required with your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit payment. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out from the hotel. Special rules and regulations apply for group reservations.

Hotel check-in time is 17:00 or later. If you are arriving after 18:00, please notify MCI in advance. Check-out time is noon.

PAYmeNT, cANcellATIoN, moDIFIcATIoN AND ReFUND PolIcY
Registration: Full payment is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Suisse S.A. has received the payment.

All cancellations and changes to your original registration must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before April 6, 2010, fees will be refunded less CHF 100, - for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

A handling fee of CHF 50.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after April 6, 2010.

SocIAl eVeNTS AND excURSIoNS
Cancellations can be made free of charge until April 6th, 2010. After this date, no refund is possible.

MCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the excursion programme if the minimum participation is not reached or due to factors beyond the control of the organizers.

HoTelS
Important: To guarantee the reservation a deposit covering the first night of your stay is required. Please indicate the participant’s Name and “ESPD 2010” on ALL payments. From April 15, 2010, only payments made by credit card will be accepted.

All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before April 6, 2010 deposits will be refunded less CHF. 100,- for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

In case of late cancellation, (after April 6, 2010) rooms cancelled, cancelled nights or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room can not be resold. A handling fee of CHF 50.- per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after April 20, 2010.
